<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1 makrill per person (Fisk idag) </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3 röd chili</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1 morot strimlad</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 3 vitlöksklyftor</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1 gulbeta strimlad</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1 pak choy</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Lite cashewnötter (exotic snacks) </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 5 tsk Fish sauce</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2 msk oyster sauce</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 2 dl socker</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 2 dl vatten</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 50 g böngroddar</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 1 kvist rosmarin</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 1 tsk flingsalt / fisk</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> Olivolja</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 0.5 rödlök picklad</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 2 lime</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> 3 salvia blad / fisk</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong> Makrillen</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"> Hacka 1 chili, 1 vitlöksklyfta och blanda med 1 tsk flingsalt och cest från 1 lime. Fyll fiskens buk med detta, rosmarinkvist samt ett par blad salvia. Bind upp med &#8221;stektråd&#8221; och pensla med lite olivolja och salt. Grilla hårt på båda sidor och om fisken behövs kör klart i ugnen på 200&#8217;C. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Asiatisk glace</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Finhacka 1 chili, skiva 2 vitlöksklyfta och koka upp tillsammans med socker, vatten, fish sauce och oyster sauce. Reducera till ungefär 2/3 är kvar. Sallad. Stek på böngroddarna med lite olivolja och chiliflackes. Skär ner pak choy och skölj i kallt vatten. Skiva den sista chilin, blanda ihop med den strimlade moroten, gulbetan, picklade rödlöken. Vänd runt med lite olivolja samt salt&amp;peppar. Toppa salladen med lite rostade cashewnötter och böngroddarna.</p>
