T\u00e4vlingsr\u00e4tt 1 bestod av fem vegetariska sm\u00e5r\u00e4tter (lakto-ovo). Huvudr\u00e5varan i t\u00e4vlingsr\u00e4tt 2 var fasan fr\u00e5n Friskens Vilt i Vittsk\u00f6vle, m\u00f6jliggjord i samarbete med Bondens Skafferi AB och Menigo.<\/p>\n<p>Vid prisceremonin p\u00e5 Malm\u00f6 Arena idag fick Johan Backeus ta emot Gastronomiska Akademiens mejerimedalj i guld av H.K.H.
