Beach body for free
So, Remember when I said I was doing a cleansing.. from inside out .. or outside in or even both..
I thought I could share a little bit of my program.. I’m not going to try and convince you that it’s an easy one or that I’m jumping through it effortlessly like the Karate Kid.. I have my bad weeks but it’s a really good base to start when you wanna get your body in balance, or get in shape or whatever.
Basically you take out everything from your diet that includes sugar and flour. That is easier said than done. But if you are ready to fill your house with fruits and vegetables and berries and other nice supplements and literally CLEAN your house / apartment / dumpster of anything with sugar or flour you are half way there.
Then you keep on eating everyday food .. well most of it, as usual… Meat, fish, egg, milk, tofu, salad and so on but you do your best to leave out anything and everything that includes sugar or flour… and yes that can be tricky.. Even in ketchup, 20 % of the bottle is plain old sugar…
Now this is how it works:
Every meal during the day includes some form of protein! For breakfast it can be eggs and bacon or a smoothie with some yogurt and berries or a protein shake whatever you like.. and with my breakfast I eat a fruit as well to get my blood sugar into good mood before the day starts.. That’s one of the reasons why you don’t get cravings for candy during the day.. cause you keep your blood sugar in balance by eating fruits.
In the lunch time I eat some sort of protein.. I like chicken or fish for example and with this I eat 240 grams of RAW vegetables and 240 grams of cooked vegetables.. The combination puts your body on burn mode and you’ll start to clean out all the shit.. literally.. like you’ve been injected with Sorbitol. (Did I hear diarrhea??)
For dinner you repeat the lunch program.. Some meat or whatever includes protein and then this gigantic amount of vegetables. The veggies are the little miracle worker here.. if you eat all that vegetable you’ll lose weight… (about 1 kilo per week) and you don’t feel hungry either! Works like a charm..
With this, I try to exercise a little and ohh! before I forget.. Drink A LOT of water.. Water is good for you.. and it’s free.. yay!
I know I didn’t go very deeply into this meal plan but if some of you are interested.. write a comment and I’ll make a bigger and better blog about the whole diet plan. I did this diet in 2009 and I lost about 15 kilos over three months period and even when I started eating unhealthy food again…The process of gaining that weight back took years because I kept eating vegetables… they are way more important for your body´s cleaning system then you know!
